The following are the terms and conditions that govern the selling of items through www.maestro-gallery.com. Before ordering any items from our website, please read these Terms of Sale carefully and make sure you understand them.

Products, pricing, and availability

We do our utmost to ensure that the photographs and descriptions of the items available from us represent the real thing accurately. Please keep in mind that product photos are merely for illustration purposes. There may be some color differences between the product picture and the actual goods offered. Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for reference only; the actual packing of items may differ.

We can't promise that items will be available at all times. When necessary, stock indicators are offered on our website; however, such indications are not always correct. Prices may change and special offers may be added, altered, or removed from time to time. The cost of delivery and framing is not often included in the price of the items on our website. During the ordering process, you will be offered delivery and frame options, as well as associated costs.

Customers ordering from overseas may be subject to customs charges in their destination countries. You, the consumer, are responsible for these fees. Customs fees, which are in addition to shipping and handling expenses, must be paid upon arrival. We are unable to provide you with a discount or refund you for these expenses.


Our website will walk you through the ordering procedure step by step. You will have the option to review and edit your order before it is submitted. Please make sure you've double-checked your purchase before submitting it.

If you provide us with inaccurate or incomplete information during the order process, please notify us as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to process your order because of inaccurate or missing information. We will cancel your order if you do not provide us with correct or full information within a reasonable period of our request. Expenses incurred because of inaccurate or incomplete information you provide will be passed along to you.

Orders may be declined or cancelled by Maestro Gallery for any reason. If we are unable to accept or fulfil your purchase, we will contact you through email at the email address you provided when making your order. If we have collected money from you, we will return you as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days.

Payment and refunds

You will be required to pay for items and related delivery charges throughout the order process.

Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used to place your transaction. Returns will be refunded within 14 days of our receiving the products in our warehouse.


Most items bought on our site will be shipped from our fulfilment partner within 10 business days and up to 4 weeks of purchase, however, pre-ordered pieces or framed pieces may take a bit longer. During this time, we will keep you updated on any delays.

We ship all orders on our standard service using premium global carriers. The decision which of our partners will be commissioned with a delivery for you is made automatically depending on dimensions, weight, and destination region.

If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you specify, we will leave you a letter stating that the items have been returned to our warehouse and providing details on how to arrange re-delivery. We will call you for further instructions if you do not pick up the products or arrange for re-delivery. We have the right to charge you for storage and redelivery. We may stop the contract and provide you a refund if we are unable to reach you despite our reasonable attempts, or if we are unable to arrange re-delivery or collection, however, we may deduct a fair sum as compensation for any net expenses incurred by us consequently.

Once we have delivered the products to the address you have specified, delivery will be considered complete and responsibility for the items will transfer to you. After we have received full payment of all payments outstanding, including any applicable delivery charges, ownership of the products comes to you.

Products that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect

We ask that you contact us as soon as reasonably possible if any goods you have purchased do not meet your expectations, for example, if they are damaged or faulty when you receive them, or if they are incorrectly priced, so we can arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

If the goods do not conform to what was provided, you can receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving them. Under this clause, you will not be eligible to file a claim if we informed you of any faults, damage, or other problems with the goods before you purchased them.

Cancelling and returning products

All cancellation or change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any requests made after this point, since the goods have already been shipped to our fulfilment partner or packaged for shipment. If you wish to return a product, you will need to check that the product has a return policy, and if it does, make sure the item is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days.

Please note that all photography works are excluded from our return policy. This is because these works are individually finished according to your preferences and our cut according to your needs.

Our liability to customers

Any foreseeable loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of our breach of these Terms of Sale or as a result of our negligence will be our responsibility. Losses or damages that are not foreseeable will not be our responsibility.

In the event of a failure or delay in the performance of our obligations caused by a cause beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable. In such a case, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible, and we will do everything possible to minimize the delay.

Transfer of obligations

Our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale (and the Contract, as applicable) may be transferred to a third party. This may occur, for example, if we sell our company. If this happens, we will notify you in writing. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected.
